Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting inquiries, or placing orders with QQPETS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our manufacturing services.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services or place orders with our company.
Our Services
QQPETS provides custom manufacturing services for pet products, including but not limited to:
- Custom dog harnesses, collars, and leashes
- OEM/ODM manufacturing solutions
- Custom branding and packaging services
- Quality control and certification services
- Global shipping and logistics support
All services are subject to our manufacturing capabilities, minimum order quantities, and production schedules.
Orders & Payments
Order Process: All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and order specifications.
Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product type and customization requirements.
Manufacturing Process
Production Timeline: Standard production time is 15-25 working days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees.
Sample Approval: All custom orders require sample approval before mass production begins. Sample fees apply and production timelines begin after written approval.
Modifications: Changes to approved specifications may result in additional costs and extended production times.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
Quality Assurance
Quality Standards: All products are manufactured according to international quality standards and undergo rigorous quality control inspections.
Warranties: We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.
Returns: Defective products may be returned or replaced at our discretion. Custom products cannot be returned unless they fail to meet agreed specifications.
Inspection: Customers have 7 days from receipt to inspect goods and report any quality issues.
Intellectual Property
Customer Designs: Customers retain ownership of their proprietary designs, logos, and trademarks provided to us for manufacturing purposes.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer designs and business information.
QQPETS IP: Our manufacturing processes, techniques, and original designs remain our intellectual property.
Third-Party Rights: Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
QQPETS' liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
Use of Products: Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable regulations in their markets.
